Are your products really handmade? Yes! Every item is carefully handmade in our workshop using soft, safe materials like yarn, felt, and fabric. We do not resell mass-produced items.

How long does it take to process and ship my order? Processing takes 2–3 business days, and shipping usually takes 5–7 business days via FedEx or UPS.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Can I cancel or change my order? Yes, you may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, we may have already started production.
What if my order arrives damaged? Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package and include clear photos. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
