We take pride in crafting each item with care and attention. Since all products at Feel The Aroma are handmade and often customized, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding our refund and return policy.

1. Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.

To request a return, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and provide a clear photo of the item and packaging. Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original method of payment.

3. Custom Orders

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, we may have already begun production and cannot guarantee cancellation.
