Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong product

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or custom-made items.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please place a new order after your refund has been processed.
